Public Private Partnerships (PPP)
is the umbrella name given to a range of initiatives which involve the private
sector in the operation of public services.
Moray UNISON is actively expressing concerns over the PPP/PFI proposals for Moray Schools and has raised those with Elected Members of The Moray Council. This will be relevant to everyone in Moray, as the financial and social consequences will not only be felt by those working in the new or up-graded schools. |
