Dear Colleague,

Proposed Private/Public Partnership in Moray Schools

A meeting organised by the Moray branch of the Scottish Socialist Party will be held in the Bishopmill Hall, Elgin on 27th August 2003 at 7.30pm.

Moray Unison will be involved and hopefully a speaker from Unison Scotland will represent the union and give information on projects throughout the country as well as an overview of Unison’s position on this issue. More details to follow.

Please make every effort to attend this meeting, particularly if you work in or reside in one of the areas which will be affected by the project should it go ahead.  This will be relevant to everyone in Moray, as the financial and social consequences will not only be felt by those working in the new or up-graded schools.  We will be paying for any errors made now for a very long time indeed.

Yours etc

Irene/Eric
