Paid Time-off Agreement: 

Moray Unison is the first branch in Scotland to negotiate a paid time-off agreement with an employer, Moray Council, to allow members to attend training offered under the Lifelong Learning Programme. 

Please read the Moray Council's Lifelong Learning Committee Report   and   Lifelong Learning Policy which was developed following joint consultation between the Council and Moray UNISON in an aim to develop, promote and encourage educational and lifelong learning programmes .
