We will always endeavour to provide support and assistance for our members in times of trouble, sickness or hardship. We will constantly strive to ensure that our members receive fair treatment, a just wage and safe working conditions. We will oppose all forms of injustice, prejudice and malice towards any member and maintain wherever possible through peaceful negotiation, a harmonious working environment and equal opportunities  for all within it.
