This agreement for receiving a FCE PASS password between you ("Surfer") and FCE PASS is effective upon your acceptance until revoked by either party.

In consideration for being issued a FCE PASS password, Surfer acknowledges and agrees that all statements of fact set forth herein are true and correct, and that Surfer’s use of the FCE PASS password will at all times comply with the terms and conditions set forth below, including any changes or amendments made by FCE PASS.

Surfer agrees that any passwords obtained from FCE PASS or any of its advertised or affiliated sites is for the sole use of the surfer and is not to be distributed in any way. Distribution will lead to cancellation of service and legal action where necessary.

Surfer agrees that in obtaining a FCE PASS free password, surfer is also receiving free trial access to Sexunlimited for three days. After which time the subscription will renew at the listed rates for SexUnlimited at the time of signup (unless cancelled within the three day trial period) . Surfer agrees to follow the terms and conditions of these sites.

1. Surfer is at least 18 years old (or 21 in areas where 21 is the age of majority) at the time of acceptance of the FCE PASS password.

2. With respect to sexually-explicit material contained on any sites accessed by the FCE PASS password, Surfer acknowledges that, of his or her own free will, Surfer wishes to access such material and is not offended by graphic explicit displays of any sexual activity without limitation.

3. Surfer affirms that FCE PASS cannot and will not be responsible for the content displayed by web sites that utilize the FCE PASS password access system. Surfer acknowledges that FCE PASS does not sponsor, produce, review, edit or in any way participate in any of the content of sites utilizing the password access services it provides. Any liability of FCE PASS for such content, or claims made by web sites, is expressly disclaimed.

4. Surfer affirms that viewing of sexually explicit material does not break any laws nor conflict with community standards in the area wherein Surfer uses the FCE PASS password, whether city, county, state, nation or territory.

5. Surfer shall not allow any other person or entity to know or use the password provided by FCE PASS. Surfer shall solely incur damages and responsibilities for the improper, illegal, negligent or unauthorized use of the FCE PASS password.

6. Surfer shall not copy or redistribute any copyrighted materials made available through the use of the FCE PASS system to any other person or entity, nor violate the intellectual property rights of owners of accessed materials.

7. Surfer acknowledges and agrees that FCE PASS does not endorse, sponsor, promote, or warrant any site that utilizes the FCE PASS system. FCE PASS only provides password access services and links to sites utilizing its services.

8. Surfer acknowledges that FCE PASS is not responsible for any billing issues.  Surfer agrees to contact the credit card billing company, FCE for all billing inquiries.  

9. Surfer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FCE PASS for any damages, loss or claim, including costs and attorneys’ fees, caused by use or misuse of the FCE PASS system or the knowledge of, possession or loss of possession of a FCE PASS password. Surfer agrees to use the FCE PASS system at his or her own risk.

10. FCE PASS, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time. FCE PASS reserves the right to revoke Surfer’s password at any time.

11. Surfer may only sign up for one password per calendar year.

12. Surfer agrees to periodically review this agreement, as posted on the FCE PASS site, for amendments or changes made to the agreement by FCE PASS. Changes are effective and become a part of this agreement as of the time that FCE PASS posts the change on the site.

13. Surfer acknowledges and agrees that FCE PASS is not responsible for any contact that Surfer may receive as a result of Surfer’s use of the FCE PASS password or visitation of any site accessed by use of the FCE PASS password, whether such contact is from cyberspace, telephonic, e-mail, snail mail, or personal, or in the form of advertising spamming, solicitation, recruitment or any other form of contact. Surfer understands that cyber travel involves risk from viruses, hacking and numerous other interactions that can cause damage to Surfer’s property. Surfer understands, acknowledges and agrees that FCE PASS is not responsible for any damage caused to Surfer’s property when using the FCE PASS password.

14. Surfer understands and acknowledges that FCE PASS is an Internet traffic service provider that provides connection services for sites using FCE PASS services to which Surfer voluntarily and, based solely on Surfer’s discretion, visits. FCE PASS does not create, participate in, have any authority over or influence upon the sites.

15. In the event that any one or more of the provisions contained in this agreement shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and this agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision(s) had never been included.

16. Surfer agrees that this agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the UK without regard to conflicts of laws provisions thereof.

17: If you continue after your first 3 days, your credit card will be charged £20 UKP in favour of FOTORAMA. By submitting your FREE PASS form you hereby confirm you have agreed with these terms and will duly abide by them. Should you query your credit card payment then we reserve the right to apply an admin charge of $15 / 10UKP to your credit card and to this you hereby agree. Should you dispute charges as detailed here and deny any transaction, be advised that this will be deemed as fraud. In such cases, your ISP will be advised together with the authorities and your bankers. The outcome may lead to prosecution against you and your credit rating severely effected. The matter will be passed to Debt Collectors to persue until completion.

18: Cancellation can be activated within the 3 day period by entering the MAIN site and selecting the CANCEL link.

19. Surfer agrees that all disputes under this agreement shall be determined in the courts of the UK and the parties hereto do hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of determining matters related to this agreement.
