Another good reason for becoming a member of sites is that you prove you are an adult. In the past, advertisers have been swamped with emails from minors who can easily gain access to the free sites. These kids are smart, they pretend they are adults and know just what to say. They will also use accounts such as Hotmail or Yahoo. All this wastes the time of advertisers and the emails are deleted. It also wastes the senders time as well.

So, these are facts of life on the internet. If you don't want to join various membership sites, the chances are that you'll be emailing to the "cows come home" and never receive a direct reply.
