The Annual General Meeting of the League will be held at the Aberdeen Grammar FP Club, 86 Queens Road, Aberdeen, on Monday 6 September 2003 starting at 7.30pm. Clubs wishing to enter teams should send a representative. The enclosed entry form should be handed in at the meeting with all details complete and up to date. The annual subscription, currently £7 per team, should be paid on the night. If you are no longer secretary, please pass this notice to another club official or notify the League Secretary as soon as possible.

1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS AGM
1.1 Approved.
2. MATTERS ARISING
2.1 It was agreed that the League Committee should write a letter of thanks and send a gift to Alan Nicoll, the former Chairman of the League, thanking him for his services over the past 15 years.
3. CROMBIE CUP COMPETITION REPORT
3.1 Malcolm Campbell reported that the Senior Crombie Cup competition had again not taken place. The North East Badminton Group, as of last year, were still considering the possibility of resurrecting it as a club cup competition. The Activ 8 Junior Crombie Badminton League again had had another successful season. The winners of Division One and the Junior Crombie Trophy were Mackie Boys. The winners of Division Two were Hazlehead Academy.
4. 2003 LEAGUE CLUB DOUBLES TOURNAMENT REPORT
4.1 This was again played on one day at the Shell Pecten Club. The numbers taking part in the tournament were up on previous years, due to multiple entries now being allowed from clubs. It was agreed that a tournament should be organised for the coming season, with the entry fee remaining the same. Malcolm Campbell indicated that the tournament would be organised for early February 2003.
5. INCOME AND EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT FOR SEASON 2002-2003
5.1 This was approved.
6. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
6.1 It was agreed that the entry fees remain at £7 per team.
7. ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
7.1 The following people were elected to serve on the Committee.

8. PROVISIONAL DIVISION OF THE LEAGUES
8.1 The Committee was given discretion to divide up the divisions and leagues as appropriate. It was agreed that there should be one ladies division, playing only once.
9. PRESENTATION OF TROPHIES
9.1 The league trophies were presented to the previous season's winning teams:

11.1 The League Secretary informed the meeting of the large number of matches that had not been played the past season, which was very disappointing. Some clubs had also had a problem with not enough time to complete matches. It was agreed that clubs should ensure that all players arrive in plenty time too start the match.
